We want to make your visit as comfortable and informative as possible. Here's what you should know before your first appointment.
Your consultation begins with a comprehensive examination, including digital X-rays and 3D imaging to assess your teeth and jaw structure. We'll discuss your concerns, explain your treatment options, and create a personalized plan tailored to your goals.
Please bring your insurance information, a list of current medications, and any referral letters if applicable. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
We accept most major dental insurance plans and will work with you to maximize your benefits. Our front desk team can verify your coverage and explain your benefits before treatment begins.
We also offer flexible payment plans and financing options through third-party providers. Our goal is to make orthodontic care accessible and affordable for every family.
After your braces are placed, you may experience mild discomfort for a few days as your teeth begin to move. This is normal and typically subsides quickly. We'll provide you with a care kit including wax and special tools.
Regular adjustment visits are scheduled every 4-8 weeks depending on your treatment plan. Each visit is relatively quick, usually lasting 20-30 minutes.
If you experience a broken bracket, loose wire, or other orthodontic emergency, please contact us immediately. We prioritize emergency appointments to minimize discomfort and keep your treatment on track.
For after-hours emergencies, please call our main line and follow the instructions for urgent care. We're always here when you need us.
